Since automating our Client Cash management processes with Qtier-Rapor, timescales have been reduced as a result of automated exception reporting. Processes have been automated and as a result information has become transparent, and automatic emails are produced each morning highlighting any unallocated credits which need investigating and applying.

The amount tied up in suspense has decreased, time has been saved as looking for the home for client money has been reduced, controls have been increased (e.g. checking signatures by viewing them electronically) and additional reporting capabilities have enabled the identification of unreconciled credits allowing them to be dealt with in an organised efficient manner.
