Single Source of Data

Qtier-Rapor adopts the principle that there should only be one copy of any single piece of data within an organisation.

Whether the data is corporate master file data (e.g. Product Master File) or data that has been created by a spreadsheet process, there should only be one master copy that is made available for those authorised to use.

Qtier-Rapor allows any piece of spreadsheet created and maintained data to be centrally stored in a secure, formally organised database. This database is known as the ‘User Defined Database’.

Qtier-Rapor incorporates a user friendly module that enables none technical spreadsheet designers to create the tables required to store intermediate spreadsheet data.

Such intermediate data can be automatically written to the User Defined Database for use in any subsequent down-stream business process.
