Secure Menus

The Qtier- Rapor end user interface presents all users with an additional Excel drop-down menu. All end user features and any spreadsheet process menu structures assigned to this user reside on this menu.

End users are only presented with the Qtier- Rapor functions that they are authorised to use.

The ability to run a spreadsheet process is entirely dependant on whether the user has been granted access rights, whether present on menu structures or not.

Secure menus are easy to create. Any user authorised to this function within the Qtier- Rapor designer will be able to create tailored user, departmental or application specific menus.

Once created menus are simply allocated to users.
