Restricted Spreadsheet Function

Qtier-Rapor provides several features that empower organisations to restrict a number of spreadsheet functions which under certain circumstances may otherwise place corporate information at risk.

It is possible to disable ‘Save’ and ‘Save As’ functions to prevent Qtier-Rapor controlled spreadsheet processes from being saved away under a different name or in a different location. The ‘Print’ function can also be disabled where required.

With the ability to prevent cut-and-paste from spreadsheet cells and utilising other features available from within Qtier-Rapor and Excel it is possible to ensure the total integrity and validity of information.
