Instant Reports and Data Queries

The Qtier-Rapor end-user interface contains a simple to use instant reporting tool which gives instant access to data within the constraints of system security.

It is possible for authorised users to create report definitions for immediate use, then save them for later use or amendment and \ or publish them for use by others within the organisation.

Providing the ability to extract data directly onto the Excel worksheet, allowing field selection and sequencing, data grouping and aggregation, filtering and sorting functionality. It is not possible for Instant Data queries to corrupt any controlled Qtier-Rapor spreadsheet process.

Security of data being of utmost importance, it is only possible for authorised Instant Report users to query data via the Catalogues that they are authorised to use.
