WorldWide Immigration Specialist Go-Live on Automation of Initial Business Process

As reported in February this year our latest customer, a professional immigration services firm made up of law firms and consultancies in more than 40 offices worldwide, have selected the Qtier-Rapor software product to aid the automation of some of its key business processes. We are proud to report that our customer recently went live on the first phase of its Qtier-Rapor based application solutions implementation, only two months from product selection.

The Qtier-Rapor solutions architecture enabled existing infrastructure and resources to be utilised in the delivery of the required solutions to its offices around the world.  Qtier-Rapor’s easy to use, structured control environment also minimised the need for technical IT resource and facilitated a rapid design and build phase. A familiar and easy to use end-user interface also negated the need for end user re-training and ensured fast user acceptance and take-up.

As our customer strives to maintain its status as the largest and leading immigration services provider by extending its service capabilities and global presence to meet client needs and market demands, our client chose Qtier-Rapor powered application solutions to help meet some of its goals.

Established over 60 years ago, our customer has grown from a respected domestic U.S. immigration law practice to a truly global organization. It’s expansion being a direct result of its strategic decision to establish offices in the markets where its clients would benefit from on-the-ground presence.

Our customer now looks to build on its initial successes in utilising the Qtier-Rapor software framework in other key areas of its business.
