RCB Cleaning Specialists are the largest independent cleaning company in Staffordshire and Cheshire. With over 10 years’ experience in the cleaning industry RCB provide contract specialist industrial and commercial cleaning services throughout the West Midlands.

RCB recently went live with a Qtier-Rapor App to deliver an enhanced Resource Management and Planning Solution into the business. This included Work Schedule Planning (Shift Maintenance and Anomaly Management) functionality that is fully integrated with previously deployed Qtier-Rapor based  Staff Management (Employee Maintenance, Absence Categorisation, Holiday Reporting, etc), Clocking and Payroll Interfaces and Full Management Reporting and Analysis features.

RCB’s rapidly expanding business had outgrown a variety of stand-alone and manual systems and needed a fully integrated, scaleable solution to meet the exact needs of this critical business process.

The Qtier-Rapor solutions architecture has enabled existing infrastructure and resources to be utilised in the delivery of the required solution.  Qtier-Rapor’s easy to use, structured control environment will also minimise the need for technical IT resource and support. A familiar and easy to use end-user interface also negates the need for end user re-training and ensures rapid user acceptance and take-up.
